French Supreme Court irrevocably dismissed the complaint against Philippe Koutouzis

On 15 March 2018, Le Journal des Arts, bi-weekly art magazine in France reported on the front page about the irrevocable dismissal of the complaint againt Philippe Koutouzis issued by the French Supreme Court.

The Court of Cassation (Supreme Court in France) confirmed the dismissal of the complaint for the benefit of Philippe Koutouzi, the expert and beneficiary of the copyrights of the artist T'ang Haywen.

After filing a complaint in 2011 before the Criminal Court and then the Civil Court and appealing their rejection decisions, Mr. Enrico Navarra brought the case before the Court of Cassation, which after 7 years of proceedings, the French Supreme Court firmly rejected all his claims.
